Refund and exchange policy
We at PJE Jewels Pvt Ltd ensure that 100% of the exchange of the invoice value is availed by the customer in circumstances relating to the exchange of the product within 15 Days (in-store 7 Days) of the date of purchase. However, We do not appreciate or allow the exchange or return of customized and personalized jewelry items. The Products purchased from the PJE Jewels Pvt Ltd website or Shop are only eligible for exchange excluding the customized and personalized jewelry items. We accept the exchange request only if the customer presents a valid invoice within 7 days of purchase.
The exchange amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case the exchange value is higher than the amount already paid, the customer will have to bear the cost of the additional amount. If the exchange value is less than the amount already paid, the amount will not be returned. Hence we highly recommend the customers choose only such products for exchange which might make the amount even.
Under any given circumstances returns of products cannot be accepted. Refunds are not available. We request our customers to check every possible aspect of the product and service they are willing to purchase before time.
We do not appreciate the return/ exchange of any customized or personalized products.
Should I pay to ship the product back to you?
We are happy to offer FREE Return Shipping in case of any exchange. This means we will not charge you for return shipping charges for products that are within the 7-day exchange policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the order by login to the PannaJewellers.in site Cancellation is not possible post-dispatch of the product.
Once the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email ID and the amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment within 4 working days.
IF CREDIT CARD PAYMENT!! CREDIT CARD CHARGES WILL BE COLLECTED FROM YOU.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
